How fast can you get to me?
Most calls in the Denver metro we reach within about 20 to 40 minutes, the same day. It depends where you are and where our nearest van is — we give you a realistic arrival time on the phone before you commit to anything.
How much will it cost?
You get the price on the phone, before we set off, and it does not change when we arrive. The job decides the price — the vehicle, the lock, the time of day — never a surprise at the door.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
We run 24 hours, every day of the year. Lockouts and broken keys rarely pick convenient times, so we stay open early to late, every day.
I have lost every key to my car. Can you still help?
In most cases yes. All keys lost is a normal job for us, including the harder vehicles — we read the car, cut a key and program it to it. Tell us the year, make and model and we confirm before we set off.
Do you ask for ID?
Yes. We check that the car, house or business is yours, or that you are authorised to have it opened. That protects you as much as it protects us.
