Working doors for working businesses
Hardware fails at the worst times — before opening, after a staff change, or the night before an inspection. These are the jobs we run most.

Storefront & office lockout
Locked out before opening, or the only key holder is unreachable. We open the door and get you trading.

Staff changes
Someone leaves with keys or a code. We rekey the affected cylinders so their key stops working — the rest stay as they are.

Master key systems
One master key for the owner, sub-masters for supervisors, individual keys per door — planned, cut and documented.

Exit devices & panic bars
Sticking or failing crash bars and closers on public exit doors — repaired or replaced so the door stays usable.

High-security cylinders
Restricted keyways and pick-resistant cylinders for server rooms, pharmacies, cash offices and anywhere a duplicate must not be made without you.

Cabinets, cases & safes
Filing cabinets, display cases and safes with lost combinations or failed locks, opened with the least damage possible.
What happens when you call
You call with the door
Give us the address and which door — front, back, suite, gate or unit — and tell us who can authorise the work.
Quote, then dispatch
You hear the price for the job before a van moves. It does not change on arrival.
Fixed on site
Most lockouts and rekeys are finished in one visit, during business hours or after close.
Before you call
Have photo ID and something tying you to the address — a lease, a closing statement or a utility bill. If you rent, check whether your lease wants the landlord told. Note the nearest cross-streets for the technician, and tell us if anyone is inside who needs help.
While you wait
Do not force the door or attack the lock — that is how a quick opening becomes a replacement. If the property is standing open, or something is damaged, say so on the call and we will treat it as priority.
What affects the price
Door and hardware
A standard commercial cylindrical lock is not an exit device, and a magnetic lock is not a mortise case. The work differs.
How many openings
One storefront door is a different job from rekeying twenty doors or building a master key system with sub-masters.
When you need it
A scheduled rekey in business hours costs less than an emergency call-out at 11pm — we tell you which one you are being quoted.
Parts and cylinders
Restricted keyways, new cylinders and exit hardware are priced as part of the job, and we tell you before we start.
Commercial work across the metro
We run Denver and the whole metro, day and night — retail strips, office parks and industrial estates:
Often needed with it
7 days a week emergency locksmith
Opening, closing and everything between — emergencies answered by us, not a call center.
Rekey & lock change
The fastest way to remove a departed employee’s access without replacing every lock.
Commercial locksmith questions
Can you come after hours or at the weekend?
Yes — we run same-days, every day. After-hours commercial lockouts and rekeys are normal work for us, and the price is agreed before we dispatch.
Can you bill the business instead of the technician?
Yes. Trade accounts are invoiced — we take the details on the call, and the invoice goes to the business rather than whoever is standing at the door.
An employee left — do I have to replace every lock?
Rarely. If the doors share a keyway we rekey only the affected cylinders, so their key stops working and the rest keep working. Usually a fraction of the cost of replacement hardware.
Do you install and cut master key systems?
Yes — master, sub-master and individual levels, with restricted keyways where you do not want unauthorised duplicates. We document who holds which level.
Do you work on exit devices and panic bars?
We do — sticking or failing crash bars, closers and exit hardware on public doors, repaired or replaced so the door works and stays compliant.
Do you handle apartment buildings and HOAs?
Yes. Unit lockouts, common-area locks, mailbox banks, and rekeys between tenants, along with master keying for the property.
