Smart locks & keypads — supplied and fitted
A keypad or smart lock is only as good as the fit. We check the door actually suits it, supply and install it properly, and set up codes you control — instead of you buying a box that does not sit right.

Keypads and smart locks that suit the door
Plenty of these get bought and returned because the door was never going to take them. We check first, then fit.

Keypad deadbolts
No keys to lose. Codes for family, cleaners and contractors — and you delete them when they are done.

Smart locks
App and Wi-Fi locks fitted and paired, with the app set up and tested before we leave.

Fit check first
Not every door takes every lock. We check thickness, backset and the existing cutout before you buy.

Rentals & let properties
Options that do not wreck a landlord’s door, plus rekeying between tenants.

Offices & suites
Keypad access for a busy door, without handing out a dozen keys.

Replacing tired hardware
Loose or builder-grade deadbolts replaced with something that will actually hold.
What happens when you call
Photo of the door
Send the door and the existing lock — that decides what fits and what we bring with us.
Quote lock and fitting
You hear the price for the hardware and the installation before we come. Nothing is ordered until you agree.
Fitted, paired, explained
We fit it, pair it with your app if it has one, set your codes and walk you through it.
Before you call
Have photo ID and something tying you to the address — a lease, a closing statement or a utility bill. If you rent, check whether your lease wants the landlord told. Note the nearest cross-streets for the technician, and tell us if anyone is inside who needs help.
While you wait
Do not force the door or attack the lock — that is how a quick opening becomes a replacement. If the property is standing open, or something is damaged, say so on the call and we will treat it as priority.
What affects the price
The lock you choose
Keypads, app locks and full smart locks sit at different prices, so we quote the actual model rather than a guess.
The door
Thickness, backset and whether the existing cutout suits the new lock — some doors need a little adjusting.
Extra doors
More than one entrance, or a back door you want keyed to match the front.
What is already there
Replacing old hardware is usually quicker than adapting a lock a previous job left in a state.
Fitted across the metro
We supply and fit keypads and smart locks across Denver and the whole metro:

Smart lock questions
Will a smart lock fit my door?
Usually, but not always. Send a photo of the door and the existing lock and we will tell you what fits before you buy anything.
Do you supply the lock, or do I?
Either. We can supply the right lock and fit it, or fit one you have bought if it suits the door.
Can you set up the app and the codes?
Yes. We pair it, set codes for the people who need access, and show you how to add and remove codes yourself.
Is it suitable for a rental?
There are options that do not permanently damage the door, and we rekey between tenants — tell us it is a rental when you call.
How long does fitting take?
Most single-door installations are done in one visit, often within an hour or so on site.
Can I still use a key?
Most keypad and smart locks keep a key override, so yes — and we show you where it is.
