What counts as an emergency
If you are standing outside something you own and cannot get in, it is an emergency — these are the calls we take most.

Locked out of the car
Keys inside, in the trunk, or a fob that stopped working. Opened without damage in most cases, on the spot.

Locked out of the house
Front door, back door, a deadbolt that will not turn. Non-destructive entry wherever it can be done.

A key that broke or bent
Half a key left in the ignition or the cylinder. We extract it and can cut a replacement the same visit.

A business that cannot open
Storefront or office lockout at opening time, a bent key, a lock that finally gave up. We get you trading.

Car will not start
Dead fob, dead key, or a push-button car that will not recognise the key. Diagnosed and programmed on site.

Safe or cabinet stuck shut
A safe, gun cabinet or filing cabinet with a lost combination or failed lock — opened with the least damage possible.
What happens when you call
You call us
Tell us where you are, what you are locked out of, and anything you know about the vehicle or the door. Two minutes is enough.
We quote and dispatch
You hear the price for the job before a van moves. It does not change when we arrive.
We come to you
A mobile unit comes to your address with the tools and the parts — most lockouts are finished in a single visit.
Before you call
Photograph the car, the key and the door if you can, note the nearest cross-streets, and have photo ID plus something tying you to the vehicle — registration, insurance or the title. If a pet or a child is locked inside, say so on the call; that changes how we respond.
While you wait
Stay somewhere safe and visible, especially on a roadside. Do not force the door or the window — that usually turns a lockout into bodywork. Keep your phone on: if the van is delayed, we call you first.
What affects the price
What it is
A car is not a house, and a modern push-button car is not a 2005 pickup. The work and the tools are different.
Where and when
Distance across the metro, and the hour — a 3 a.m. call-out in a snowstorm is not the same as a Tuesday morning.
What is actually wrong
A lockout is quicker than a snapped key, and a snapped key is quicker than an all-keys-lost job that needs programming.
What you need on site
If a replacement key or cylinder is needed, the part is part of the price — and we tell you before we start.
Emergency coverage across the metro
We are mobile and we run the whole metro, day and night. Every one of these cities is inside our area:
Often done at the same time
New car keys & fobs
If you have lost the only key, we cut and program a replacement at the vehicle — no tow to a dealer.
Rekey & lock change
Locked out and not sure who else has a key? We can rekey every lock to one new key before we leave.
Advanced car keys
Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW, Volvo, Range Rover and Jaguar — including all keys lost.
Emergency locksmith questions
How fast can you get to me?
We run the metro 7 days a week. Give us your location on the call and we will give you an honest arrival window for that part of town before you commit — most calls are reached in about 20 to 40 minutes, depending where you are and where the nearest van is.
Do you charge more at night?
The price you are quoted before dispatch is the price for the job, whatever the hour. You hear it on the phone first, and it does not change on site.
How do I know you are a real locksmith?
You can check our Google profile and reviews before you call, and every technician carries ID and will show it. We ask for photo ID and proof of ownership — that protects you as much as it protects us.
Do you open without damaging anything?
Non-destructive entry is the standard, with the right tool for that vehicle or that lock. If a job genuinely cannot be done non-destructively, we tell you before we touch it.
What should I have ready when you arrive?
Photo ID, and something tying you to the car or the address — registration, title, insurance, or a bill and your ID. For a business, the person who can confirm you belong there.
Is there a call-out fee just to come out?
You are quoted for the job before a van is dispatched — one number, agreed up front, and it does not change when we arrive.

One call and a van is on the way — 7 days a week, every day.
